Since the start of 2020, I have honed my skills in design principles, user experience, and front-end development. I'm highly proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and I have a deep understanding of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and various JavaScript frameworks like Barba.js and GSAP.
When doing freelance work or any project, I always make clear that my values are quality and speed. Making sure it is well presented while getting from start to finish in the quickest time frame.
Being both a designer and developer, my focus is to continue to grow professionally through growth and strategy roles. I enjoy being able to develop websites that give businesses a healthy return on their investment. I also want to continue to use my operations skills in ways where I can streamline processes, workflows, and provide quality work quickly at scale.

Research
Knowing what I'm getting myself into is crucial to my workflow. I am someone who doesn't like to waste time or encounter errors along the way. Before starting any project, knowing the problem, goal, deadline, etc. is always my top priority.
To create effective designs, it's important to understand the needs, goals, and behaviors of the target audience. This can be achieved through user research and testing, which can uncover insights about user preferences and pain points. Once this information is gathered, designers can create wireframes and prototypes to iterate and refine the design.
Strategy
When developing digital products, especially websites, I always take a user-centered approach by making sure I'm addressing the end user's needs are being met while also making sure the product is accessible to additional users who may not have the same abilities as the end user does such as vision and hearing impairment, neurodivergent, or physical disadvantages.
Creative Direction
Understanding everything that encompasses a brand helps me create an experience that speaks to that brand's audience, and the intended message. This process is followed by a deep research process, which allows me to discover insights about the brand's history, values, and other factors. Once this information is gathered, I then create a visual strategy that helps me define the art direction which includes elements such as color palettes, typography, imagery, and tone of voice.
