Description
This project was an initiative I took for the Web Team while working at Lenus to address bottlenecks within the team and to improve productivity for the team overall. The project includes a Figma file where I used our Product team's design system to make components tailored for the Web Team's workflow. At the time, this initiative enabled our team to quickly craft product assets for clients' websites across all markets that Lenus serviced.
Project Goals
- Reduce the time it takes for team members to complete Web projects
- Eliminate human error by automating repetitive design tasks
- Improve relationships between cross-functional teams
- Improve knowledge gaps by implementing easy-to-use tools
- Increase bandwidth to help onboard new Web Designers
- Improve Web Team's quality output of work
- Encourage team members to use Design Thinking to solve problems
Project Objectives
- Build at least 100 different components within 2 Days before Christmas
- Create a design file that could send design changes to branched files
- Translate and tailor each screen for 7 different countries
- Create separate user personas for different audiences
